Pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association as stipulated in Deed No. 70 dated July 27, 2015 drawn up before M. Nova Faisal, SH, M.Kn, the Company perform business activities that include the development and operation of the Company’s properties including supporting facilities, the provision of facilities and infrastructure, the development and operation of central business district and the provision of services in general except for legal and tax services.
To strengthen the Company’s accountability to the public, on April 19, 2002, the Company conducted an initial public offering of 100,000,000 shares at the Surabaya Stock Exchange (now the Indonesia Stock Exchange) and became a public company under the ticker code SCBD. The Company also continues to enhance the implementation of good corporate governance as well as quality and environmental management system to establish effective and efficient operations. It is also a manifestation of the Company’s responsibility to the shareholders who have put their trust to the Company to date.
