To support remuneration, a Employee Capability Assessment and Long Service Award System have also been developed.
Employee Turnover Rate
During 2017, the company and its subsidiaries welcomed 101 new employees, consisting of 63 males and 38 females. There were 76 resignations (42 males and 34 females) or 11% of the total workforce.
Occupational Health and Safety System
The company pays great attention to occupational health and safety (OHS) in its operational activities. OHS is not only applicable to company employees but also to contractor labor and working partners operating within the operational area. The OHS culture is continually enhanced through the dissemination of OHS policies to company employees and partners. The company has established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) work instruction. The company's SMK3 is systematically and directionally structured according to applicable health and safety standards. The SMK3 includes three policies: Health and Safety Policy, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Handling Policy, and Policy on the Use of Illicit Drugs and Alcohol.
