Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) along with the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) Management once again demonstrates its commitment to supporting community welfare through social action by distributing rice to local residents. This activity also embodies the third pillar of AGP, namely Social Community, aimed at creating harmonious relationships with the community surrounding the SCBD area.

This program targets residents in three sub-districts in Kebayoran Baru district, namely Selong, Senayan, and Rawa Barat, as a form of care for the people around the operational area. The purpose of this program is to ease the burden of the community, especially those in need, in fulfilling their food needs. Rice is chosen as the main assistance because it is the staple food of most Indonesians.

The distributed rice is organic, free from chemicals such as bleach, so recipients not only get staple food but also better health benefits. This shows AGP and SCBD's attention to basic needs as well as community health.

In its implementation, rice distribution is carried out in close cooperation with local sub-districts. This approach ensures that assistance can be distributed evenly and on target. SCBD hopes that this action will not only ease the burden of residents in meeting their basic needs but also strengthen good relations with the surrounding community. With this real contribution, SCBD and AGP hope to provide a positive and sustainable impact on the welfare of residents and create a more harmonious social environment.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, the Mayor of South Jakarta Administration, Munjirin, led the first stone-laying ceremony for the construction of the new building of the Kebayoran Baru Sub-District Office on Jalan Kerinci IX, RT 08/RW 02, Kebayoran Baru. This construction project, which is entirely funded by PT. Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD) and not by the Jakarta Capital City Budget (APBD), marks a significant development initiative.

According to Munjirin, this project is part of efforts to fulfill third-party obligations in South Jakarta, as programmed by the Acting Governor of Jakarta. "This project represents the fulfillment of developer obligations in the form of a new building for more representative public services for the community," Munjirin added.

The event was attended by the Assistant of Social Affairs of Setko Jaksel, the Head of CKTRP Jaksel, the Head of Kebayoran Baru Sub-District, other SKPD officials, the Director of PT. Danayasa Arthatama, as well as religious and community leaders.

PT. Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD) participates in this project, expected to be completed by March 2025. The new building will feature five floors, equipped with elevators and air conditioning, providing modern and efficient facilities for better public services.

In the spirit of Ramadan, a month filled with goodness and sharing, Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) through PT. Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD) launched a program to distribute free takjil (snacks to break fast) to the community around SCBD. This program is a regular initiative as a form of SCBD’s contribution to supporting small and medium-sized businesses (UMKM) and offering support to Muslims observing fasting during Ramadan.

SCBD distributed takjil within the business area to workers, pedestrians, online drivers, and visitors waiting for the time to break their fast. The takjil consisted of light food and drinks to help them break their fast properly.

In addition to the SCBD area, the team also distributed takjil to mosques and prayer rooms (mushola) around the area. This is part of SCBD’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and strengthening relationships with the community around the business area.

This takjil distribution program reflects the spirit of solidarity and togetherness, which is a hallmark of Ramadan. Through this initiative, SCBD and Artha Graha Peduli hope to spread goodness and support Muslims in their religious observance.

It is hoped that this regular program will inspire others to contribute to social activities that benefit many people.
