Electronic City Wins Brand Distinction

EC 1PT Electronic City Indonesia recently won an Indonesia WOW Brand 2014 Gold Champion award for its very high Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR) score of 0.87.

BAR measures the extent to which customers can identify a brand and recommended other people to make use of the very same brand.

“With its BAR achievement score of 0.87, it has become an indication that customers very often recommended Electronic City as a place to fulfill all their electronic-related needs,” Said Fery Wiraatmadja, who is Electronic City’s director of Commercial and investor relations.

The Indonesia WOW Brand 2014 Awards were hosted by MarkPlus and were based on a survey conducted between January and March of this year. In the survey, 600 upper-middle class male and female respondent aged 20-50 were asked their views on brands.
